Meet The Team

Evan Sanders is the President and the founding member of Woot Insurance Agency. Prior to assuming his role, Evan has spearheaded a strategic transformation of the company’s vision, mission, and structure by guiding Woot Insurance Agency through this evolution.

Evan received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University at Albany, his masters in information systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Evan is a third-generation insurance broker that received much of his insurance knowledge from his father and grandfather. Evan knew early in his life – 15 years old – his desire to create his own experienced team of professionals that’s focus was helping its clients achieve their strategic goals.

Evan has leveraged his knowledge in technology that led to the exploration and implementation of technology solutions like automation and artificial intelligence, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Evan ensures the company adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements specific to the insurance industry and collaborates the same with his staff to develop processes that manage operational risks and financial stability.

In addition to his corporate success at WOOT Insurance Agency, Evan is an avid New York Knick fan and is a regular at Yankee Stadium cheering on his beloved New York Yankees. When not working, Evan enjoys playing pickleball, basketball, and horseback riding with family and friends.
